I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly 20 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Professional Crisis Management (PCM) instructor. I administer a range of assessments including the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, EFL, IGLR, PEAK, IISCA/PFA, and the ADOS-2 towards ASD diagnosis.
Beyond my ABA work, I've spent over 20 years in corrective literacy using the Orton-Gillingham approach aligned with the Science of Reading. I collaborate with families on feeding, toilet training, sleep training, and parent coaching, and develop behavior intervention plans for home, school, and community settings — including consulting with schools on challenging behavior. I work with children with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other developmental delays, as well as neurotypical children with behavioral concerns.
My work is strengthened by a close, collaborative team I have worked with for nearly a decade — one that shares my values, vision, and dedication to meaningful outcomes. Every plan starts with careful observation and assessment — what the child can already do, what's getting in the way, and what matters most to the family.
VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, PEAK, IISCA/PFA, ADOS-2 and literacy assessments are chosen to fit the question being asked, not applied by default.
IEPs, behavior intervention plans, and literacy plans are written to be used — by parents, teachers, and technicians in real settings.
Parents, paraprofessionals, and school teams are coached on the specific protocols their child needs, so support stays consistent across the day.
